Founded by writer and producer Bianca Oana (Anhell69, Collective and Touch Me Not) in 2016 and held together with filmmaker and visual artist Dragoș Hanciu, Monogram Film is a Romanian production company that seeks to help and discover young talent in cinema and the arts from all over the world.
